INVITATION TO BID:

The Johnson County Commission is requesting bids for standard W beam guard rail for use by the Johnson County Road and Bridge Department.

Dimensions and quantities are as follows:

120 pieces (1,500 ft) of 12’6” long, 12 gauge galvanized guard rail

160 end wings

Delivered to Johnson County Hwy Dept Lot at:

335 E. North St

Warrensburg, Mo. 64093

All bids must include a delivery date.

Sealed bids will be accepted in the County Clerk’s Office no later than 1:30 p.m., Monday, May 19, 2008 at which time bids will be opened in the Commissioner’s Office. The words “GUARD RAIL BID” must be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope containing said bid.

The County Commission reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and may select the bid which they determine to be most advantageous.
